Late cancellation and no show policy
Rowdies, we understand that things may arise unexpectedly. We ask that you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellations and 100% for no shows. All fees must be paid prior to rescheduling. In order to provide prompt services to all our guests, The Row Salon, LLC also reserve the right to deny services or reschedule those excessively late for appointments.
Sick policy
The Row Salon, LLC takes pride in the health and care of our staff and clients. That’s why we ask if you are sick, displaying any signs of sickness, or have been around someone who is ill that you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours to ensure the health of our stylists and other clientele.
Illness and signs of illness include but are not limited to:
vomiting
fever
chills
shortness of breath
cough
sneezing
sore throat
congestion
other cold, strep, flu, and covid like symptoms
Refund policy
The Row Salon stands by our work and do not offer refunds for services rendered. If ever a client is dissatisfied, there will be an offer to fix or remedy the situation within a reasonable time frame of the initial appointment.
